Highlifter Pump #01604 – Major Rebuild & Service
Complete rebuild and service of Highlifter Pump #01604 for Doug Ketron.
Installed a Major Rebuild Kit and replaced the primary wear components, including:
Low Pressure Pistons
High Pressure Piston
Central Tubes
High Pressure Cylinder
Valve Spool
All O-Rings and Plugs
Following the rebuild, the pump was thoroughly bench tested and performed very well. I tested the pump at input pressures down to 10 PSI, where it continued to cycle smoothly and pump properly.
This Highlifter is now operating smoothly and should be ready to reliably deliver water for many years to come.
