The cleaning and rebuild work on your two Highlifter 9:1 pumps is complete. Both pumps are operating well, making full pressure, running smoothly, and are leak-free.
As noted during my original inspection, one of the pump heads was damaged. I replaced it with a new pump head during the rebuild.
In the photo, you may notice that I installed the black high-pressure O-rings. As you requested and we discussed, before shipping the pumps to you on Friday, I will replace these with the orange O-rings which are best for lower input pressures.
I expect you will get many more years of service from these pumps.

Pump #171260 arrived partially disassembled. Since you already purchased a rebuild kit, the internal parts are generally in very good condition and parts cost on this one will be minimal. During inspection I did notice a broken section in the main O-ring groove of one pump head (see picture attached). I do not believe this will significantly affect performance. I’ll carefully smooth and clean the damaged area to prevent any loose acrylic fragments or additional wear. Otherwise, this pump looks very promising and should come back into spec nicely and provide many more years of service.

Pump #121049 appears to be in solid overall condition and mainly needs deep cleaning along with installation of a rebuild kit. I will replace all the O-rings and internal parts.
